Infinet Assessment, Inc. is always striving to improve the quality of our tests. One way we do that is by comparing test results of existing employees to those of job applicants. Infinet is required by federal law (per the 1991 Civil Rights Act) to collect the data necessary to validate this test and ensure that it is fair to every test-taker. The federally required information includes your gender, ethnicity, and age. However, providing this information is purely voluntary. 

THERE IS NO PENALTY FOR NOT ANSWERING QUESTIONS ON AGE, GENDER AND ETHNICITY.
