Infinet Assessment, Inc.  is always striving to improve the quality of our tests.  One way we do that is by comparing test results of existing employees to those of job applicants.  Infinet is required by federal law (per the 1991 Civil Rights Act) to collect the data necessary to validate this test and ensure that it is fair to every test-taker. The federally required information includes your gender, ethnicity, and age. However, providing this information is purely voluntary. THERE IS NO PENALTY FOR NOT ANSWERING THESE QUESTIONS. We will treat your personal information and test results as confidential. Please indicate your consent by filling in the information regarding your gender, ethnicity and birth date. If you do not give your consent, please leave the gender, ethnicity and age fields blank and begin the test.
