Pre-Hire Screening for CSRs
Infinet's Customer Service Representative(CSR) test was the result of numerous hours of consultation and observation with CEOs, HR Managers, Branch Managers, and Customer Service Representatives. From this data, Infinet derived the essential traits and skills necessary for a successful CSR. The test looks at applicants: - applied math skills - applied reading skills - ability to multi-task - personality preferences - ethics - desire to work in the customer service field From these areas, Infinet uses it's proprietary scoring and profiling to arrive at a recommendation for each applicant. The test reduces employee turnover and saves training espenses by recommending those applicants best suited for the job. Personality traits measured include orderliness, extroversion, agreeableness, emotional stability, flexibility of thought, attitude towards new technology and ethics. Ability sections include basic concepts in both verbal and mathematics abilities.
