        - applied math skills
        - applied reading skills
        - team work 
        - emotional stability
        - attitude towards machinery
        - ethics
        - mechanical insight and arithmetic

From these areas, Infinet uses its' proprietary scoring and profiling to arrive at a recommendation for each applicant. The recommendation will be on a 100-point scale with test takers scoring in the top percentiles being most desirable.  The test reduces employee turnover, improves productivity, and saves training expenses by recommending those applicants best suited to the job.
