Leadership Development Journal
Infinet's Leadership Development Journal is used in conjunction with our Leadership Development Program performed in partnership with The Bayridge Group. The Journal is used to record the daily thoughts and feelings of participants as they progress and learn new, more productive behavior patterns during the program. It is a simple means to anonymously track the current trends and feelings of participants so that we may more accurately and quickly address them. This allows us to provide tools for dealing with negative thoughts and emotions in a timely manner.
