Member Service Representative Pre-Hire Screening Test
Infinet's Member Service Representative (MSR) test was the results of numerous hours of consultation and observation with bank CEOs, HR Managers, Branch Managers, and Member Service Representatives. From this data, Infinet derived the essential traits and skills necessary for a successful MSR. The test looks at applicants': - applied math skills - applied reading skills - short-term memory - personality preferences - ethics - desire to work in the banking industry From these areas, Infinet uses its' proprietary scoring and profiling to arrive at a recommendation for each applicant. The recommendation will vary from "Strong hire" to "Potential hire -- needs training in these areas of weakness" to "Best suited for a different job." The test reduces employee turnover and saves training expenses by recommending those applicants best suited to the job.
