Pre-Interview Challenge for Property Claims Handlers
The Property Claims Test looks at basic skills, traits and knowledge related to the positions of Property Claims Adjuster and Property Claims Examiner. The test was designed and validated with the assistance of the best and brightest minds in the insurance industry. Test results of applicants are compared to those of successful claims handlers to identify the applicants that are most compatible with the interviewing company’s culture and requirements. Areas of knowledge examined include basic and advanced concepts in homeowners coverage, adjustment of auto damages, claim evaluation, investigation and settlement, liability issues, awareness of insurance fraud, and litigation management. Personality traits measured include orderliness, extroversion, agreeableness,emotional stability, flexibility of thought, attitude towards new technology and ethics. Ability sections include basic concepts in both verbal and mathematics abilities.
